Shri Brighu Srinivasan, IPS, Assumes Charge as Director General of National Security Guard
With the dual role of Director General of the National Security Guard (NSG) and Director General of the Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF), Shri Anish Dayal Singh, IPS, formally assumed command of the NSG today. The new Director General of the National Security Guard, Shri Brighu Srinivasan, IPS, has officially assumed the mantle.
This change in leadership is a critical turning point for the NSG, the nation’s top counterterrorism unit. It has been reported that throughout his time leading the CRPF and NSG, Shri Anish Dayal Singh shown a tremendous dedication to national security.
With his vast experience and knowledge, Shri Brighu Srinivasan promises to carry on the tradition of excellence in protecting the country from dangers as he takes on his new responsibility.
